As a Mind and Body Coach, I have spent the last 30 years successfully helping hundreds of women with their weight, menopause and fitness challenges, enabling them to get back on track, and take control for a better tomorrow.
And as I approach my 3rd stage of life also referred as The Midlife, I am embracing it, loving it and I want you to feel the same!
Which is why I have combined everything I have learned through my vast career, my education in Sports Science & Life Coaching and my own personal journey to create programs that support you in navigating your life through Midlife, Menopause and beyond.
I didn’t feel like this at the beginning. In fact, as a Personal Trainer for more than 25 years, I had been in the best shape, ate well and at 44 was proudly running marathons, completing triathlons and going on lots of adventure travels.
Then like a switch over night the shift started to happen, I hadn’t changed a thing in my diet and exercise, but I felt my weight creeping up, shape changing and energy levels declining.
All I could think of is, years of blood and sweat, keeping my self-fit and healthy, this is not happening! I am not ready to let this lady in just yet!
What can I change to sustain my weight?
The day had finally come that I started applying the things I learned from years of experience and studying about the menopause on myself. The valuable information I was already using with my clients, I realised I was not exempt.
Applying these methods soon enough, my weight shifted from 70kg to 65kg but more importantly, my sleeping patterns improved, my energy levels were back up- I felt healthier, fitter and back to feeling in control!

FUN FACTS ABOUT ME
I’m originally from Yorkshire in the North of England, but somehow, I knew I was not going to stay there for long, I was fascinated by travel so by the age of 22 I left the grey skies for sunnier climates traveling the world with my new career.
I settled in Spain for 10 years where I continued to work as a personal trainer and coach. I also had a great opportunity to be a head coach in a training institute where I would educate, and mentor people to become personal trainers.
I got married in Vegas not by Elvis sadly!
